Yes - posing support is included for male divisions and is integrated into your prep to ensure your stage presentation matches your physique and division criteria. For female divisions, we refer you to trusted posing specialists who are highly experienced in coaching for bikini, wellness, figure, and fitness categories. We’ll connect you with the right expert and guide you on when and how to begin posing practice as part of your overall prep timeline.
