Is there a minimum coaching term?

Yes, there is a 12-week minimum commitment. This allows us to properly assess your needs, build a personalised strategy, and give your program the time it needs to take effect. Quality coaching takes time and planning—which is why we start with a minimum term.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations require a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle. We ask for clear communication so we can manage your offboarding process properly and provide any necessary exit support or transitions.

Do you provide meal plans or macros?

Yes—you can choose either. We offer fully structured meal plans with macro breakdowns or flexible macro-based guidance. Both are tailored to your goals, preferences, and lifestyle, and are adjusted as needed throughout your coaching journey.

What are the payment options?

Payments are made via a secure subscription billing system. Options are available for weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments, depending on your preference. All payment details are handled securely and confidentially.

How long does it take to receive check-in feedback?

All check-ins are responded to within 24–48 hours. Your coach will provide either written or video feedback, depending on what’s most effective for your progress and communication style.

Do you cater to vegetarians or vegans?

Yes, absolutely. Our nutrition strategies can be fully tailored to suit vegetarian, vegan, or plant-forward lifestyles, while still ensuring your macros and overall goals are met effectively.

Can I pause my coaching if I’m going on holiday?

Yes, we allow for pauses under specific circumstances, such as travel or unforeseen life events. We simply ask for advance notice so we can adjust your programming and resume effectively when you're ready to return.
