Progression Lab is a budget-friendly group coaching membership designed for intermediate-level lifters. It provides structured training programs, educational content, and community support - without needing 1:1 check-ins or custom plans.

Who is Progression Lab for?

It’s perfect for men and women who’ve been training consistently for 6+ months but feel stuck in their progress. If you know how to train but need structure, strategy, and accountability - this is for you.

How does Progression Lab differ from full coaching?

Progression Lab gives you structure, coaching insights, and support in a group format. It doesn’t offer 1:1 check-ins or fully personalised plans — but it’s a powerful next step up from generic workouts.

Can I talk to a coach if I need help?

You’ll have access to group coaching calls with Keith every month, as well as community Q&A threads for general support. While we don’t offer private 1:1 check-ins with this program, we’re always active inside the group.

Is there nutrition support?

While this isn’t a custom meal plan service, we provide foundational nutrition guidance, recipe packs, and tips inside the group - all designed to complement your training.

How often is the training program updated?

A new 4-week training block is released every month. These blocks are periodised and designed to build on each other over time - so you always know what’s next.

What educational content is included?

You’ll get short-form lessons on progressive overload, recovery, mindset, technique, and more - all geared toward helping you train smarter and more effectively.

How often will I be charged?

This is a rolling subscription, charged at $97 AUD every four weeks from the date of initial purchase. To cancel, provide 30 days notice by emailing [email protected].
