Progression Lab is a budget-friendly group coaching membership designed for intermediate-level lifters. It provides structured training programs, educational content, and community support - without needing 1:1 check-ins or custom plans.
It’s perfect for men and women who’ve been training consistently for 6+ months but feel stuck in their progress. If you know how to train but need structure, strategy, and accountability - this is for you.
Progression Lab gives you structure, coaching insights, and support in a group format. It doesn’t offer 1:1 check-ins or fully personalised plans — but it’s a powerful next step up from generic workouts.
You’ll have access to group coaching calls with Keith every month, as well as community Q&A threads for general support. While we don’t offer private 1:1 check-ins with this program, we’re always active inside the group.
While this isn’t a custom meal plan service, we provide foundational nutrition guidance, recipe packs, and tips inside the group - all designed to complement your training.
