About me

From a young age, I was always drawn to movement, competition, and pushing my limits. My early years were dedicated to NPL 1 league soccer, where discipline and performance were everything. However, a serious knee injury abruptly ended my time on the field, forcing me to rethink my identity as an athlete. That’s when I found bodybuilding - a sport that didn’t just fill the void but ignited an obsession with strength, muscle growth, and the science behind human performance.

What started as a few gym sessions a week quickly became a full-fledged pursuit. I immersed myself in training methodologies, biomechanics, and nutrition, constantly refining my own approach to maximise results. The deeper I went, the more I realised that true progress wasn’t about just lifting weights - it was about strategy, adaptation, and long-term progression in pursuit of peak performance.

That passion led me to coaching, where I wanted to help others break through the barriers I once faced. As I built my expertise, I focused on developing structured systems that deliver results without guesswork. Over the years, I refined my approach to hypertrophy, strength, and performance-based training, working with clients who were ready to take their fitness to the next level.

During that time, I competed in 15 bodybuilding competitions, eventually turning pro in 2019. That experience didn’t just push my own limits - it gave me firsthand insight into what it takes to maximise physique development at an elite level. Athletes started approaching me for guidance, and my coaching roster naturally evolved to include those looking to break through plateaus and compete at their best.

As my niche became more defined, so did my coaching model. I have developed a structured, progressive system that focuses on both lifestyle transformation and competitive performance. My approach combines individualised training, nutrition strategies, and data-driven adjustments to ensure consistent progress. Now, through Athletic Odyssey, I’m building a coaching experience that helps clients optimise their training, refine their physique, and execute at a higher level.

My goal is simple:
